Personally, not through a filter or a scoring bot. We're looking at where your business is, where you're trying to take it, and whether we're the right people to help you get there.

If there's a fit, we reach out
Someone from our team will contact you to set up a private conversation. That call goes both ways: you're deciding about us as much as we're deciding about you.

If there isn't, we'll say so
You won't be left wondering. Timing is usually the reason, and it isn't permanent. Plenty of people are a better fit a year from now than they are today.
This isn't an automatic acceptance process. We're only taking two people, and we'd rather leave a seat open than fill it with the wrong fit. If you don't hear from us immediately, it's because we're actually reading applications, not because yours got lost.
