Freight doesn't wait. A truck goes down on Tuesday and the loads you booked for next week go to whoever has a tractor available.
Everlasting Capital finances trucks, trailers, and everything you bolt to them — new and used, for owner-operators running one truck and fleets running fifty. Approvals often come back in hours. Funding can follow in as little as 24 hours.

Amounts from $1,000 to $2,000,000. If it moves freight or keeps freight moving, bring it to us.
Here's what the numbers look like right now.
New Class 8 sleepers have pushed past $170,000 as a sustained baseline, with roughly $10,000 of that attributable to tariff-driven cost increases. New 2-axle tractors generally run $120,000–$160,000 depending on manufacturer and build.
The used market has corrected hard. Used sleepers have come down substantially from their 2022 peak — carrier exits have put good iron on the market at fair prices. Used 2-axle day cabs commonly run $35,000–$70,000. Premium late-model used sleepers with fleet-maintained service histories run roughly $110,000–$160,000.
That spread is the opportunity. A well-specced used tractor at half the price of new hauls exactly the same freight at exactly the same rate per mile. Your revenue doesn't know the difference.
Trucking cash flow is its own animal. You buy the truck, then you wait — for the DOT authority, for the insurance to bind, for the first loads, for the broker to actually pay in 30 days.
That's why we offer deferred payment options. Full payments can be delayed while the truck gets on the road and starts generating revenue before it starts demanding it. Terms stretch up to 60 months to keep the monthly number where your rate per mile can carry it.
And ask about 100% financing. The sticker price on a tractor is never the real price — there's the DOT inspection, the wet kit, the APU, the lettering, the taxes, the delivery. All-inclusive financing rolls those in so you're not writing checks the week you're trying to book your first load.
Qualifying trucks and trailers you place in service before December 31 can be deducted in full in year one under Section 179 and 100% bonus depreciation — and it works on financed equipment, not just cash purchases.
Example: you finance a $95,000 used sleeper in September, put 10% down, and get it rolling in October. You may be able to deduct the full $95,000 against 2026 income while roughly $9,500 plus a few months of payments has actually left your account.
Used trucks qualify. Bonus depreciation requires first use by your business, not first use ever — so a five-year-old tractor you bought at auction is eligible.
The catch is the calendar. The truck must be placed in service — on the road, ready to run — by December 31, not just ordered or paid for. Talk to your CPA about your specific situation, and get the financing settled early so it isn't the thing standing between you and a delivery date.
Banks look at trucking and see volatility: fuel swings, freight rate cycles, high-mileage collateral, and a lot of one-truck operations with two years of history. Their model says no before anyone reads your file.
We underwrite the asset. There's a tractor with a known auction value standing behind the deal, which changes the entire conversation. Banks also cap equipment age at loan maturity — which in practice means a bank writing a 5-year note often won't touch a truck older than 3–5 years at purchase. That's a formula, not a judgment about your business.
We finance older, higher-mileage equipment that banks won't, when the truck inspects well and the price lines up with market comps.
Bad credit, no credit, great credit, or authority you pulled last month: it's a conversation. We've been doing this since 2012, and we have a burning desire to prove ourselves to every customer regardless of their financial situation.
Buying from a private seller? Expect title and lien verification and direct payment to the seller. It's a few extra days, not a dead end.
