We work with a very small number of people at a time, so we read every application ourselves before anyone gets invited to a conversation.

  • It takes about ten minutes, and that's on purpose. The short questions tell us where your business is. The long ones tell us who you are.
  • Answer the last question properly. "I want to make more money" tells us nothing. It matters more than your current revenue.
  • Be straight about your numbers. Nobody gets ruled out for being small. People get ruled out for not being honest.
  • You'll hear back either way. If it's a fit, we'll send you a link to book a private conversation. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
