Equipment Broker School teaches you the industry. Private Mentoring is what happens after you know it, when you're turning that knowledge into production, revenue and a real company.
We work directly with a very small number of finance professionals on their actual businesses. Real deals. Real lenders. Real sales conversations. Real employees. Real problems. When you're sitting on a $150,000 transaction you don't know how to structure, the answer isn't "go rewatch segment nine." It's send it over, let's look at the deal.
Josh and Will have been building Everlasting Capital since 2012, with more than $500 million funded to over 10,000 businesses, the lender relationships that came with it, and every expensive mistake there is to make along the way. The point of the mentoring is to compress that curve for the right two people.

He wasn't new to the industry and he didn't need motivation. He needed a sales process, better deal structure, stronger lender relationships, and someone in his corner who had already built what he was trying to build.
So we got into the business with him. Pipeline, structures, placements, follow-up, accountability. Today he's financing equipment for business owners and vendors across his state under his own shop. Same person. Different process.
Individual result. Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on experience, effort, market conditions and other factors. Nothing here is a projection or promise of income.
He already knew business finance. He didn't know equipment.
The firm was already funding significant volume in other commercial finance products. Nobody needed to teach that team how to sell.
What they didn't have was equipment finance expertise, so that's exactly where we worked. Programs and credit. The right lenders for their file mix. Structuring the first transactions. Walking their first submissions through underwriting alongside them.
Equipment financing is now another revenue stream inside a company that was already successful before they met us. Being good at what you do doesn't mean there's nothing left on the table.
He knew how to fund deals. The question was how to build the company.
Will and Josh's advice was invaluable. Zach Siegel, CEO, Small Biz Heroes
Zach came in understanding funding. What he wanted was the infrastructure around it: hiring, sales management, process, lender relationships, and the equipment side of the business he wasn't capturing yet.
We've built the teams, made the bad hires, picked the wrong partners and watched good deals fall apart for avoidable reasons. All of that is on the table for the people we work with. As Zach puts it in the video, they took what worked for them and built it their own way, which is exactly the point.
Two operators. Not two coaches.
Nobody is handing you off to a staff trainer. The people running the mentoring are the same people running the brokerage.
Josh Feinberg
Started in equipment finance in 2009 at Direct Capital, then Balboa Capital, before launching Everlasting Capital in 2012. Since then Everlasting has funded more than $500 million to over 10,000 businesses and landed on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies in America twice. He runs the CEO side of the business: lenders, product, strategy and growth.
Will Murphy
An entrepreneur since 2004, having owned everything from a landscaping company to a pawn shop. He and Josh started Everlasting out of that pawn shop's basement in 2012. He's spoken at DeBanked and BLBA and been featured in Entrepreneur, Inc. and NH Business Magazine. He runs day-to-day operations, which is where most brokerages actually break.
- $500M+ funded
- 10,000+ businesses
- Inc. 500 ×2
- Entrepreneur360
- Building since 2012
Between them they've made the hires that didn't work, picked the lenders that didn't pay, built the processes that fell apart, and rebuilt all of it. That's the actual product here. Not a curriculum, but the shortcut through a decade of expensive lessons.
Three reasons brokers come to us.

You're already in commercial finance and you know you're capable of more than you're doing.
- Prospecting
- Sales process
- Deal strategy
- Lender placement

Add equipment
You have customers and production, but you're not capturing their equipment purchases.
- Programs & credit

Scale the shop
You're producing. Now the business needs to become bigger than you are.
- Hiring & comp
- Sales management
- KPIs
- CRM & automation
- Lead generation
- Infrastructure
The first client above needed one of these. The second needed another. Zach needed the third. That's why nobody goes through the same program. You're not building the same business.
We're looking for two people. Not two hundred.
You don't need to be running a massive ISO or already clearing $50,000 a month. You do need to have shown you're willing to work.
Don't apply if you want
- A side hustle
- A lender list
- Easy money in an industry you've never sold in
- Someone else to close your deals
- Results without putting in the hours
- To keep doing everything exactly the way you do it now
We want to talk if you
- Already work in commercial finance
- Have built a business before
- Are producing but know it should be more
- Want to add equipment financing to what you sell
- Are building something, not just working whatever deals come to you
- Are coachable and will actually implement
If you're still reading, we'd like to hear from you.
The application takes about ten minutes, and it's meant to. We read every one, and the last question matters more than your current revenue.
